The Role

  • Manage the team of centralized Commercial Banking Operations processors responsible for executing the following processing tasks in support of the entire Commercial Banking Division:

  • account opening & closing

  • account maintenance

  • signer changes

  • interest rate changes

  • transactional processing

  • account analysis setups

  • account analysis maintenance

  • call-backs and quality control reviews (across all processing tasks)

  • Continuously train and mentor processing team members

  • Manage intake and load balancing of all incoming processing requests to ensure efficient execution

  • Establish and maintain SLAs for all processing tasks; develops mechanism to track and report actuals vs. SLAs

  • Works closely with Commercial Banking Client Operations Managers to ensure strong collaboration between Client Management and Processing teams

  • Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to improve operational efficiencies

  • Represent Processing Team for operational efficiency and continuous improvement projects to define requirements, provide subject matter expertise and oversee training and change management for processing team during the implementation of completed initiatives

Are You A Fit?

  • Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM or ERP

  • Minimum of five years of operational experience, ideally within a banking environment

  • Experience managing or leading others

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skill

  • Experience with banking deposit and/or account analysis systems preferred

  • Experience in Commercial Banking or Treasury Management preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
