The Firm's broad platform positions the Commercial Bank to deliver extensive product capabilities - lending, treasury services, investment banking, and asset management - to meet our clients' domestic and international financial needs.

The Commercial Banking Client On-boarding (CBCO) Implementations group is responsible for driving and coordinating all aspects of the setup of cash management products and services for Commercial Bank clients.

The CBCO team is seeking a Implementation Project Manager who will have responsibility for the implementation of new business for our top clients and complex deals. The Senior Implementation Project Manager is responsible for the management of several simultaneous highly complex, large scale projects.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage clear expectations and understanding by establishing clear timelines and managing documentation requirements

  • Exhibit ownership of on-boarding experience and client satisfaction

  • Ownership of internal communication and status updates

  • Ensure deal deliverables are met and hold owners accountable by managing implementation issues, escalations and error resolution

  • Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment/decision making

  • Exhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements

  • Diligent awareness of risks in our processes in a timely manner

  • Ownership, escalation and resolution of risk issues when they occur in a timely manner

  • Manage activities through heavy phone work with clients and business partners

  • 5 Years of relevant experience

  • Project Management experience, including the use of project plans and issue logs

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation and negotiating skills

  • Proven ability to successfully manage conflict, proven team leadership and meeting facilitation skills

  • Strong technical aptitude pertaining to Treasury Management products

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, and ability to adapt to a changing environment

  • Some travel may be required (less than 25%) to visit clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cash Management and Treasury Services experience and knowledge

  • Operations and Customer Service experience

  • CTP or PMI certifications

  • Proficient in various desktop and internet based applications

  • BA/BS degree

The Commercial Banking Client On-boarding (CBCO) Technical Implementations Group (TIM) is responsible for implementing TS Core Cash Management and Card products with a focus on integrating the clients' payments and receivables systems with the bank's processing systems through file-based transmissions. The role will lead a team of between 8 – 13 staff who are all Senior Implementation Project Managers (VP/603). The CBCO is seeking an Implementation Manager who will oversee a product implementation team that covers domestic and international clients. The role will lead a team of experienced implementation manager and include setting team strategy, partnering with internal functions including sales, product and service, and continually improving the implementation processes and client experience.
