Commercial Bank Strategy & Process Design, Vice President

Project Catalyst is a multi-year, multi-disciplinary transformational initiative aimed at streamlining our sales processes and driving innovative solutions to enable the Commercial Banking front-office. The team is designing a new Customer Relationship Management tool powered by Salesforce and driving end-to-end sales process transformation. As a member of the Process Design team, you will be responsible for working to understand business needs and then developing insights and recommendations based on your in depth due diligence and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong understanding of business and sales processes and actively participate in team problem-solving sessions

  • Work with key stakeholders to understand current state processes, pain points and needs; gather and analyze data to scope the situation

  • Conduct user interviews and workshops to understand user experience and needs

  • Develop recommendations to address key issues, including people / process / operating model changes

  • Partner with Product / Technology peers on design of Salesforce capabilities

  • Prepare presentation materials to syndicate findings / recommendations with key stakeholders

  • Review the external landscape for industry-leading practices and solutions

  • Follow recommendations through to implementation to provide guidance and iterate as needed based on business feedback

  • BA / BS degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years relevant work experience (consulting, commercial banking, corporate strategy and/or client-facing experience is a plus)

  • Experience with SalesForce is a plus

Specifically, the web strategist will be responsible for crafting web strategy including but not limited to web competitor analysis, information architecture strategy, personalization strategy, engagement channel strategy, and more. Core Areas of Responsibility: * In close coordination with marketing leaders and COE partners, use the website as a canvas to paint a compelling story about our company and product, one that drives conversions and accelerates deals through the sales pipeline. * Own CB Website Functional Strategy: * Prioritize and roadmap new website functions in partnership with the corporate marketing team. * Conduct user acceptance testing of new website features. * Ensure content team adoption of new website functions and features. * Manage CB Website Content and Personalization Strategy in partnership with CB Editorial Team: * Identify content personalization and tagging needs. * Adapt content delivery roadmap for website. * Identify Cross-LOB content for syndication on CB website. * Manage promotion of CB content across other JPMC-owned web properties. * Manage prioritization and delegation of web content delivery. * Conduct Digital Quality Assurance as needed. * Lead the research and development of web analysis as it relates to search, content, and online lead capture/management. * Develop recommendations to optimize CB's website critical path and the information architecture, technology stack, and other elements associated with doing so. * Develop engagement channel strategies for inbound, outbound, online, and offline. * Be the go-to SME for web analytics for team members across departments. * Own SEO and SEM strategy to drive substantial increase in website traffic, improve brand awareness, and meet our lead and opportunity influence goals. * Drive a consistent, premium brand experience across related web properties. * Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices. * Collaborates with Corporate Marketing partners in prioritizing features and roadmap into sprints. * Partners with xLOB web managers to ensure best practices and consistencies firm-wide. * Stay up to date with the latest SEO, SEM and digital marketing trends and best practices. * Consistently apply growth mindset behaviors: curiosity, analysis, outside the box thinking, networking, and deep ownership. * Outstanding communication and writing skills: able to ask questions or share information with clarity and brevity. * Excellent project management skills: able to define key workstreams and tasks needed to complete each, express in a project plan, and work the plan to on-time completion, providing regular status updates as needed. * Must be highly collaborative, able to work with a wide variety of internal functions to meet their business needs while enforcing website governance policies.
