Commercial Auto and General Liability Claims Examiner- Insurance Agency- Base Salary to 75k/year- West Palm Beach, FL

• Our client, a close-knit, family-owned agency who specializes in structuring insurance programs for non-profits, has an immediate need for a Commercial Auto and General Liability Claims Examiner to join their team. They have developed an excellent reputation for providing insurance solutions to nonprofits throughout Florida for almost 10 years.

Responsibilities:

• Review, process, investigate, and evaluate complex commercial auto and general liability casualty claims.
• Review endorsements and vehicle schedules to determine coverage for loss/damage/injury.
• Oversee and direct outside investigative service providers and work closely with the client and client counsel & investigative services to advance the claim to conclusion.
• Prepare loss reports providing a thorough analysis of liability and damages.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of commercial auto and general liability claims experience.
• Multi-state adjusters license.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 45k- 75k/year range, plus 2 bonuses.

• In-office role with potential to visit accident sites.
