Key Responsibilities:

Tropicana Brand Group is looking for an ambitious Marketing Coordinator/Analyst to join our Commercial Operations Trade Marketing team and assist senior figures in the development and execution of integrated best in class Consumer Marketing campaigns across our North America portfolio.

We are looking for a candidate who is knowledgeable in the marketing/sales space and is willing to learn. As time goes by, your responsibilities and accountability will increase, and we expect you to have a bigger influence on our campaigns. You will assist in tracking and reporting the progress of campaigns, budgets and media using our internal tools and agency support. You will assist senior figures in the day-to-day processes ensuring workflow in maintained in a timely manner. This is an agile role, meaning that responsibilities will shift based on the needs of the business.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of the Consumer Marketing strategy across all brands

  • Work with Sales, Brand and other key cross functional teams to ensure alignment and approval

  • Work with partner agencies to ensure key deliverables are met

  • Ensure an uninterrupted stream of workflow by staying ahead of everyone's goals

  • Manage and analyze data to recommend and inform decision-making

  • Prepare trade materials (decks, spreadsheets etc.)

  • Track budgets, programs and tactics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in trade marketing / shopper marketing / customer marketing with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Agency company

  • Understanding of marketing processes, materials, and executions

  • Ability to facilitate effectively across cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization

  • Customer-service mentality with an aim of providing inputs, tools, and resources to the Marketing and Sales teams

  • Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing business environment

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Experience in Project Management a plus

  • Experience in Graphic Design a plus
