We are looking for a passionate Commercial Account Manager (CAM) located in Minnesota who is ready to join the Juniper US Enterprise, Central Region Major Accounts team. The CAM will have a defined account list with focus on hunting and acquiring new logos with Fortune 1000 Enterprise to deliver run rate business and customer satisfaction.
The ideal CAM is a leader who is a challenger and self-starter with a CEO-of-my-business mindset. Equipped with strong communication/presentation skills and capable of developing and executing strategic GTM, proposal/RFX and win strategies.
Collaborating in a customer team model internally and with partners. Developing value-add relationships with key stakeholders and leaders within the customer, partner and Juniper. Sharing Juniper's strategy, solutions and business value.
An overachiever who is motivated and committed while operating with integrity and accountability. A difference maker and gamechanger who will raise the bar for everyone around them.
The CAM will be results-focused closer with responsibility for meeting and/or exceeding quota on a quarterly and annual basis with their assigned sales engineer. Weekly forecast management of pipeline and commit with strong hygiene using SFDC and Clari.
Delivering quarterly strategy and account plans during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and then executing towards success with the sales leadership team. Ongoing training on Juniper's innovative solutions and business practices.
Skills and Experience:
BS/BA or equivalent. 3+-years proven sales experience exceeding targeted objectives in areas including IP Networking, Security, Data Center and Cloud architectures. Must have the ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and a strong team player.
Ability to travel weekly as needed. Proficiency with SFDC, Clari, Excel and PowerPoint.
