The Commissioned Police Officer is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees. This person will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required.

This position must be filled by a current Austin area Police Officer willing to assist with hotel and hotel group security.

Qualifications

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

  • Proficient in basic computer skills

Professional Security Officer - Flex act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions and detect and report suspicious, unsafe or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts which may be a threat to the property, clients, guests or employees at the site.
