Qualifications:
HS graduate
Proven sales history (minimum 1 year of outside sales experience preferred)
Excellent communicator with internal and external customers
Ability to quickly create rapport with customers and thrive in a fast pace environment.
High energy individual who demonstrates confidence, accountability, and professionalism
Must be coachable and willing to learn new things
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Must pass background and drug screen
Essential Job Functions:
Sell HVAC systems to new and existing customers by building and maintaining customer relationships.
Conduct sales visits offering residential services, emphasizing or recommending services based on knowledge of customer needs.
Other duties may include, but not limited to, home shows, trade shows, canvassing, and B2B relationships.
Educate customers on best replacement options for aging, inefficient, or under-performing systems.
Communicate effectively between co-workers, vendors, and clients.
Participate in training and ongoing education.
Occasional travel may be needed (up to 15%)
