The Columbia Center for Translational Immunology (CCTI) at Columbia University Irving Medical Center is a leading center for Translational Immunology.

The Xeno Transplant Lab (Nowak Lab) in the Large Animal Group at the Columbia Center for Translational Immunology seeks an Associate Research Scientist. The candidate will play a key role in overseeing the clinical care of the large animals, managing lab vets, and planning experiments.

As an Associate Research Scientist, this appointment will be covered by a collective bargaining agreement between the University and Columbia Postdoctoral Workers-UAW Local 4100.

Qualifications:

MD. PhD, or both

Prior clinical research experience

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Salary Range : $77,000 - $79,000
