Colorado Area Director

TERRA Staffing, is looking for an innovative leader to serve as Area Director for its growing Denver market.

This is a high-level position as you'll be providing support to Branch Managers and team members within the area.

While previous experience in recruiting isn't required, we are looking for someone with extensive experience in senior leadership or management.

As an Area Director, you'll be responsible for creating and executing high level service delivery plans as well as ensuring compliance with company-wide safety policies and procedures. The right person for this role is highly strategic, excels at managing competing priorities and can make big-picture decisions while staying in tune with the health of the branches and teammates they manage.

Area Director Key Responsibilities

• Support and development of staff members and clear communication of branch processes.

• Provide strategy and support for new and existing clients.

• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures across all branches.

• Create and execute service delivery plans.

• Hold teams accountable to hit fulfillment goals.

Area Director Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior leadership role with a track record of success

• Ability to problem solve, delegate, and motivate teams.

• A vision for the success of your team by fostering a supportive and driven work environment.

• High level of customer service and account management skills

Compensation

Base salary $110-$140k with unlimited bonus potential.
