Job Description:

• 5 day / 8 hour or 24 / 7 rotating shifts with possibility of overtime.

• Operation of color compounding, crystallizing, load/unload Silos, and blending.

• Line functions include string compound lines, clean pelletizer, make tickets, and drive lift truck.

• Blend functions include blending lots, dropping concentrate out of blenders, and making boxes.

• Crystallizing functions include operating crystallize, making boxes, and tickets.

• Extrude and blends for a quality and consistent start-up and finished product.

• Oversee loading and unloading of color concentrate in Silos.

• Has knowledge of job function procedures. Knowledge of AS400.

• Operate Lift truck and pallet truck. (Walking speed only)

• Extreme noise: Hearing protection required.

• Responsible for Housekeeping

• Drive Hyster

Minimum Requirements:

• Identify color shades.

• Repetitive lifting.

• Repetitive stretching, bending, and stooping.

• Must have good work / attendance record (not under corrective action).

• Conform to all Mohawk safety rules and regulations.

• Self-motivation with minimal Supervision.

Preferred Skills:

• Good organizational / housekeeping skills.

• Hyster license
