Colocation Product Manager
Location: Remote United States

What you'll achieve
As a member of the Managed Services Product Management team, you will assist in defining and developing offer requirements, customer experience, and delivery tools associated with Managed Services for Colocation solutions.These Managed Services would solve off-premise managed service needs for both Dell and Multivendor solutions including hybrid cloud/public cloud management using colocation/hosting facilities.These services will require a strong level of partner management and the need to develop offerings for both hosting as well as Public Cloud interconnect solutions. You will review product/ solution evaluation metrics from multiple sources and ensures they are incorporated in future versions.
Ensure that product/solution features and specifications align with APEX Cloud Services as well as align with existing standalone service offers (Consulting, Deploy, Support, Education)
Collaborate with other Product Managers, Engineering leaders and architects to align product strategies into comprehensive service portfolios for both CAPEX and OPEX sales motions
Work across all functional areas, gathering inputs, updating product plans and roadmaps, and communicating the impact of decisions to all stakeholders, as well as, prioritize features and tools, applying budget, timeline and other constraints

12-15 years of professional Product Management experience in the Enterprise Information Technology Industry with a Bachelor's degree; or 8+ years with a Master's degree; or commensurate experience
Experience defining hosted/colocation managed service solutions for existing Capex or Opex solutions including value added colocation options such as Public Cloud Interconnect, Bare Metal compute, etc.
Experience defining Cloud service offers and/or service catalogs for IaaS, PaaS or SaaS or prior experience with Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform related services
Familiarity with Customer Success, Site Reliability Engineering, Hyperscaler Solutions, and other Managed Service Provider offers/operations/delivery roles
Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new feature sets
