Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations within the body shop Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed Collaborate with other departments to optimize cross-functional processes Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues as needed Experience in the collision industry is needed to qualify for this position.
