Job Description: As a Collision Center Estimator at Gary Crossley Ford, you will play a key role in assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate repair estimates. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough inspections of damaged vehicles

• Collaborating with customers and insurance adjusters to gather necessary information

• Providing detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software

• Communicating effectively with the repair team to ensure timely and efficient repairs

• Keeping abreast of industry trends, technologies, and repair methods

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Collision Center Estimator

• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry standards

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Certification in collision repair estimating is a plus

• Previous experience working in an automotive collision center
