Our Sales Partners are the lifeblood of what fuels our growth. Without our Sales Partners, there is no business. As a Collegiate Team Leader, you are responsible for recruiting, hiring, managing and training our collegiate level Sales Partners. No longer is classroom education enough for today's college students to learn the business skills needed to get to the next level. We are here to help our collegiate level Sales Partners develop the skills to build and run their own business on campus, and ultimately supplement their formal education with real world business experiences.
The position will require intuition, leadership, discipline, self-determination and interpersonal skills. The Collegiate Team Leader will be responsible for recruiting and coaching their team of Sales Partners, while earning commission directly from their team's performance. You will be their mentor, go-to contact when questions arise, support arm when things get tough and champion when they achieve success!

Minimum of 1-2 years full-time experience in recruiting, marketing, sales or management.
Direct college graduates may be considered under special circumstances.
Formerly a member of a social fraternity or sorority, preferably someone who has held a leadership or executive position within the organization.
Must contain a passion for personal growth and self-improvement.
