Utilize experience and knowledge in federal rules, regulations, and guidance to support compliance to manage Title IV aid.
Rely on technical expertise, best practices, and innovation that supports business process efficiencies for compliance and impact the customer experience levels for students and families
Manage the R2T4 process (processing, reporting, conciliation)
Manage work study (determine eligibility, track expenditures/student hours, reconciliation, reporting)
Scholarship management (determine eligibility, balance scholarship accounts and award OC scholarships and external scholarships as designated by donors if determined eligible)
Award other non-financial aid program funds to eligible students (WorkForce Development, federal/state emergency grant funding, Early Achiever's Grant, Opportunity Grant)
Financial Aid disbursement (Aid authorization//disbursement)
SAP petition Review (in conjunction with Director and the SAP Program Specialist)
Provide student counseling to financial aid applicants
Provide technology expertise in ctcLink/Peoplesoft
Other duties as assigned to support the continued compliance and function of the Office of Financial Aid
