We are a group of high-energy individuals looking for the right Marketing Assistant that will contribute to our culture of innovation and collaboration. This individual will assist with planning, coordinating, and providing input on member-facing communications as a key player of the Medicare Marketing team.

The essential duties and responsibilities of this college student role include, but are not limited to:

• Creating and updating marketing materials to support all channels - direct mail, websites, emails, text messages • Editing and reviewing mandatory and marketing materials, and routing through our internal review processes • Ensuring materials comply with CMS Medicare Marketing guidelines and internal brand standards • Testing digital campaigns and aiding in campaign setup • Assisting in reporting and tracking campaign performance • Managing team project trackers and campaign timelines

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel

• Experience using Adobe, social media, and email marketing tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Must be productive and proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision
