Job Description:
The College Admissions Manager for CAHE is responsible for implementing and maintaining admissions enrollment strategies and tactics. The position will be involved in recruitment, enrollment, quality lead management and lead sourcing via individual means or educational partnerships. The role is also vested in optimizing generated leads and ensuring that all incoming leads are handled with the highest level of care and consideration.
Responsibilities:
Provide applicants with accurate information regarding CAHEs offerings and admissions process.
Evaluate an applicants needs and experience and help guide them in making informed decision.
Assist with response and follow-up to applicants via phone, email and SMS.
Assist at applicant recruitment events, including strategic educational partnerships.
Manage inquiry data and updates into lead management system.
Assists in the monitoring of key performance indicators set by the DOA/DSE
Become proficient in all admissions policies and procedures.
Help maintain positive morale and strong student focus within the admissions department
Plays an active role in coaching and training within the Admissions Department on quality leads management and best practices for conversion, mainly via phone conversations.
Help to maintain lead management system and ability to provide feedback for improvement based on departmental needs.
Special projects as directed by supervisor.
Ability to partner cross functionally with all departments
