What You Will Be Doing

We are looking to add a collections coordinator ideally with 4+ years of experience in consumer collections.

This is a hands-on role, the ideal candidate will assume multiple responsibilities including customer support in addition to collections from consumers. In this position you will be responsible to incorporate Company's established compliance requirements arising out of consumer lending operations as well as customer service type of skills.

Reaching out to customers who are past due on accounts;
Communicating and setting up payment plans;
Assisting consumers with making payments on past due amounts;
Customer service/web support related to accessing the online platform;
General questions that customers may have; and
Prepare and meet record keeping requirements.

What You Need for this Position

At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:

  • BA/BS needed

  • Excellent organization and document management skills

  • Outstanding communication skills and strong technical skills including Excel.

  • Collections Support

  • Setting up payment plans

  • Ideally someone who has worked in finance or banking collections or legal department - or healthcare receivables

As the Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the practice. You will support day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks and ensuring high quality customer service for their patients. The Medical Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the practice. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Medical Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
