Job Summary
We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our Schaumburg team, reporting to the Credit and Collections Manager. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio, utilizing your strong communication and organizational skills to effectively handle collections and minimize risk. This role is ideal for someone who’s self-motivated, organized, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers via email and phone to resolve past-due payments
• Research and verify third-party payment submissions and applications
• Escalate collection issues internally and externally as needed
• Provide support in other areas of accounts receivable

Requirements

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in collections, accounts receivable, or credit management
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities, negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Attributes: Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage priorities independently

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in the e-commerce or internet industry
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP
