Collections Specialist Responsibilities:

• Collections account management

• Assist with lending/credit origination

• Help ensure branch compliance

• Demonstrate a high level of customer service

• Work with financial software

• Attend ongoing training classes

Hours for Collections Specialist:

• Full-time (40 hours)

• No Sundays

• Every other Saturday off

• Saturday shift is 8-5

• Weekday off when a Saturday is worked

• Some weekday shifts until 8 pm

Collections Specialist Requirements:

• 2+ years of consumer based collections experience

• Senior level, team leader or manager experience is a plus

• Good communication, computer & customer service skills

• Able to work the hours listed

• Able to pass a background check
