Description & Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for working directly with our clients to reconcile open account balances in the system.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Contact customers to gather information related to the payment and resolution of account receivables.

• Prepare documentation and reports on collected accounts.

• Document quality information that details customer communications.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Previous experience in collections.

• Previous experience in customer service.

• Internal and external communication skills including written, verbal, presentation, and active listening.

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Excel (specifically pivot tables and vlookups).
