Were looking for an Collections Specialist with strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset.Thats where you come in.
As a Collections specialist, you will join a high-performing team responsible for management, analysis, and problem resolution of the companys outstanding customer accounts and billing of monthly subscriptions.
On top of your day-to-day duties, you will be responsible for a few key things:
Prepare, review, and mail/email monthly customer statements
Maintain Accounts Receivable aging report and portfolio
Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from Sales, Care, Fulfillment/Supply Chain and customers
Understand use of adjustment codes for appropriate workflow and trending
Resolve outstanding accounts by reviewing payment history to determine if assignment to third party collections is needed on delinquent accounts
Contact delinquent customers by phone and email and effectively collect against owed balances via automated dialing system
Proactively identify opportunities to improve business results or anomalies that need attention
What do we need from you?
High School Diploma, GED or High School Equivalence Certificate
2-4 years of experience in Billing, Collections and/or Account Resolutions
Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel and Outlook
