We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of collection experience who wants to be a part of our small team based in the West Chester, OH area. During the training period (6 months), this is an onsite role that reports to the office each day, however, after training, employees will have the option to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days from home. Work Schedule:

To do that, you may have to solve customer service problems, explain charges, research issues in the customer's account, or solve other problems that are preventing payment.
