About the Role

The Collections and Revenue Analyst provides revenue and billing support, drives high collections performance on the technology and professional services side of the business and pursues insurance carriers for collections on the company's brokerage business.


  • Member of team that supports sales tax compliance from invoicing data

  • Assist processing of customer transactions in billing software (Zuora) and create bill runs

  • Assist in recording deal transactions in for clients that auto-renewed

  • Action brokerage commission collections based on reconciliation of ARR to Cash

  • Support billings and collections queue to help answer customer questions

  • Manage tech collections cases as assigned by management

  • Conduct collection calls with customers in order to drive high collections success

  • Coordinate and update collections cases when assigned to other teams at Namely

  • Coordinate review with all stakeholders on disputed items

  • Escalate and manage accounts that move through legal and/or collections agency process

  • Support record keeping system for collections including application of customer payments

  • Support allowance for doubtful accounts assessment and other monthly close tasks

  • Research as requested by customer or internal department

  • Audit support

  • Other project / responsibilities as requested


  • 2-4 years of related experience in a collections role

  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred

  • Professional demeanor and strong motivation to meet deadlines

  • Extremely Detail Oriented, strong time management skills, ability to work independently

  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

Role: Programmatic Revenue Analyst Intern StudyBreak Media is looking for a highly intelligent individual to learn and support our programmatic advertising efforts. You will work with the yield and engineering teams to support our goals and initiatives.
