Our company provides a wide range of collections services and proprietary technologies to help clients achieve compensation and recovery goals. We focus on municipal, medical, retail, and utility collections, and offer top of the line friendly customer care!
What we're looking for:
In order to provide outstanding collections services, the successful candidate will use their excellent communication and analytical skills to help resolve debt payer issues within the guidelines of the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act, Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and company policies in a collections environment.
Responsibilities as a Collections Representative include, without limitation:
Contacting clients regarding open accounts
Collecting on delinquent accounts
Following up and resolving outstanding account balances
Analyzing client information
Electronic file maintenance
Meeting company goals
Following company and client standards

1st shift Monday-Friday; 8am-4:30pm
$10.14/hour plus commission draw!

Ongoing hands-on training to help you succeed!
This position has training during the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday- Friday. Once released from training, the hours will include one evening a week 9:30am- 6pm, and possibly one Saturday a month. The ability to adjust hours accordingly to equal 40 hours/week will be available.
Excellent customer service

Ability to sit for long periods of time
Prior experience or knowledge in collections is preferred, but not required
An excellent attitude
High School Diploma or equivalent
One to three months related experience and/or training
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
