Who we're looking for

Toyota's Collection Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Collections Customer Service Representative in Matured Lease Services.

The primary responsibility of this role is to take ownership of assigned portfolios while providing extraordinary customer service. Mobility Support Team Members are responsible for resolving Flex Lease and GetAround account issues and escalated, complex MLS issues. They handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to collect payments.

Reporting to the Collections Manager, the person in this role will support the Collections department's objective.

What you'll be doing

  • Initiating follow-up with both the dealer and the customer.

  • Promptly reporting/referring sensitive and complex issues to the Matured Lease Services Supervisor.

  • Documenting all activities in a clear and concise manner using the appropriate systems and in accordance with established procedures.

  • Additional duties as assigned including various work queues which require accuracy and procedural knowledge.

  • Proactively provide assistance and trending to MLS Supervisors in coaching and development of MLS CSRs.
