• Working with customers to bring their past due accounts current.

• Working on an inbound and outbound dialer

• Negotiate to find the best solution for the customer and Snap.

• Working with your supervisor for coaching and development

You…

• Collection and/or contact center experience is a must.

• Basic computer knowledge

• Goal-oriented or driven by positive results.

• Previous collection experience is considered a plus, but not necessary.
