Description

  • Collect payments on predefined accounts through problem resolution, servicing and negotiation techniques.

  • Adhere to policy and compliance guidelines regarding security of customer information. Includes Citizens, local, state and federal laws.

  • Adhere to system documentation, policies and procedures to ensure accurate operational reporting.

  • Review account status, advice customer of current status, and request additional information as needed on inbound / outbound calls.

  • Ability to consistently and proficiently negotiate payments on accounts within all level stages of delinquency within one line of business.

  • Insure operational goals are met as set by department standards.

  • Achieve a quality score as set by department standards.

  • Adheres to provided schedule.

  • Determine account status based on system of record.

Qualifications

  • Excellent oral communications; counseling and persuasion skills.

  • Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and requirements with a consistent, positive attitude.

  • Excellent data entry, typing skills, copy and paste and Keyboard Navigation Skills.

  • Math aptitude.

  • Familiarity with the usage of a predictive dialer and automatic call distributor.

  • Maintain composure under pressure and in confrontational situations with customer.

  • Make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment.

  • Organized work habits.

  • Ability to perform in a production environment and meet monthly operational metric goals.

Education:

High School Diploma Required

Hours and Work Schedule:

Hours per Week: 40 Hours

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

VIEW JOBS 4/11/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-10T00:00 Description * Actively manage a portfolio of 100-200 Business Banking/Commercial/CRE loans to mitigate risk, minimize losses and maximize return. This includes, but is not limited to developing an appropriate strategy for each matter, including time lines, resolution targets and alternative strategies. * Obtain timely approvals of all strategies within CFG & MAD guidelines and do so with concise and accurate written cases. * Recommends an appropriate course of action based on investigation, negotiations and modifies the terms of the loan to ensure maximum recovery. Devise and successfully negotiate innovative and timely resolutions for each asset under management. The officer will do so in a fashion that maximizes the Bank's return commensurate with the underlying risk and at all times protect the Bank's reputation in the market place. * Perform routine appraisal, collateral, net present value, legal and field exam review analysis to ensure collateral information and evaluation is current. * Create, present and maintain all required internal and external reporting, and all other Bank and Regulatory requirements.
