Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to Department of Defense HUMINT Operations.

  • Format, Review, quality Control, and publish/release Information intelligence reports (IIR), ensuring that all appropriate policies and guidance are adhered to, and that Information meets defined reporting thresholds.

  • Conduct post-IIR publication Review and annual IIR reconciliation.

  • Maintain IIR reporting metrics to Asset in The collection management mission. Utilize available intelligence tools to Assist in a qualitative Review of platform/collector performance. present collection management trends, issues, and reporting highlights regularly. IIR metrics to be included in monthly report.

  • Deliverables: IIRs, collection Posture Statements, operating directives, source Panel Input, capabilities Statements, Standard operating procedures, Integrated collection strategies and collection Emphasis Messages.

Qualifications:

Minimum clearance qualifications: Current TS/SCI with ability to pass a counter intelligence (CI) polygraph. Ideal candidate will possess an active TS/SCI with CI polygraph.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Six (6) years' experience, plus a Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, World/Regional History, or other history/political/intelligence or law enforcement topic is highly desired. Additional years' experience necessary in lieu of degree.

  • Have the technical skills, knowledge, and experience to accomplish the work tasks with minimal oversight.

  • Possess analytic contacts throughout the IC and a high level of subject matter expertise for their assigned area of responsibility or target set.

  • Possess the ability to: 1) effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English, 2) clearly and concisely express multifaceted concepts, and 3) develop ideas in a logical sequence leading to a validated conclusion.

  • Have working knowledge and experience with the basic personal computer, Windows Operating System, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

VIEW JOBS 8/16/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-11-14T00:00 <p>A successful candidate in this role will work well in team environments and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. This person will interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. The position requires prior experience as a CMO and experience supporting DoD HUMINT operations.</p><p><br></p><p>The primary functions of a CMO is to actively manage the two-way dialogue between the intelligence organization and intelligence consumers, establish and identify intelligence collection requirements, and evaluate intelligence to ensure collection is providing US foreign policy and national security decision-makers with timely, accurate, clear, and concise reporting. CMOs also provide detailed knowledge of cases and demonstrate objective analysis to specific operations that result in assessments and recommendations for collection requirements and operational testing methodology. CMOs will utilize client-specific databases to conduct multiple layers of research and write summaries, reports, official correspondence, and guidance.
