Provide clerical support and perform collection duties for a defined portfolio of accounts.
Achieve pre-defined collection goals for the assigned portfolio of accounts.
Review customer orders that are suspended for credit approval and make decisions about those that are within defined limits of authority for the position.
Prepare and distribute departmental reports.
Update non-credit related customer master data
Minimum Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience required: Experience in a customer service-related position
High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Knowledge of credit and collection procedures and policies
Knowledge of SAP
Time management skills
Customer interface skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to handle a consistent volume of customer inquiries
Ability to communicate the condition of customer accounts to the Financial Manager
Ability to work under limited direct supervision
Traditional office environment.
