We are presently looking for an Collateral Review Underwriter in our Willowbrook, IL location.

As an Collateral Review Underwriter, primary responsibilities include:

  • Successful Appraisal Reviewers care about doing things the Right Way, and exhibit high ethical and compliance standards

  • Our Reviewers are empowered to make good business decisions based on their knowledge and experience while meeting deadlines to ensure excellent service to our customers

  • Our best Reviewers have proven time management and strong organizational skills

  • Ideal candidates work in compliance with USPAP and our appraisal guidelines with emphasis on Fannie Mae guidelines with ease

  • Our most successful Reviewers communicate often and accurately with our Sales Partners and Processing peers

Job Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in the residential appraisal industry with strong appraisal review experience

  • Certified Residential Appraisal license required
