The Expertise We're Looking For

  • BA/BS degree is required

  • 7 years' related work experience demonstrating responsibilities in a complex enterprise, marketing agency or matrixed environment

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities, ability to meet deadlines, and consistently deliver business results.

  • Project Management experience in a marketing/advertising agency

The Purpose of Your Role

The purpose of your role is ongoing management and implementation of PI legal documents, digital Kits, forms, applications, web pages and fulfillment kit content for several lines of business. To achieve this, the Collateral Manager will work closely with legal and product managers to ensure content and channels are managed optimally. It is expected that this role will develop in-depth knowledge of all channels in order to provide recommendations to business partners on aligning content updates. The Collateral Manager will conduct periodic rationalization efforts to justify ongoing relevance of communications to ensure alignment with marketing communication strategies.

How Your Work Impacts the Organization

The Collateral Management team within Fidelity's Personal Investing unit oversees almost all Marketing and product communications used by our field reps to service customers ensuring we align to industry and enterprise standards. The CM ensures the materials are accurate, available, reflect all up to date financial product and legal compliance information and are included in with the appropriate communications to our customers to meet all of our regulatory obligations. The team is experts in the content they maintain as well as how and when the content is distributed to our customers.

The main goal is to ensure that SSGM is margining effectively and optimizing collateral across all business lines.
