About Change

IB Strategic & Regulatory Change manages large scale strategic cross function change Program within Barclays, typically providing the Program & Project Management resources delivering front to back functional deliverables across organizational boundaries. The portfolio of Program changes year-on-year and is reflective of business growth and control objectives.

Overall purpose of role

A role within GMO Change requires a strong Business Analysis skill set. It will be part of a multi skilled team responsible for delivering strategic change across the business. It shapes new initiatives and initiates change while meeting Lean and Agile delivery principles. It may involve all activities across the full project lifecycle from definition and planning to documenting, testing and execution. The team drives significant improvements in the customer experience, costs and control environment through process excellence and continuous process improvement.

Your Role

  • Ensure all margin calls are issued and responded to according to the documented SLA's.

  • Familiarity with legal documentation including CSA, CCA, ISDA

  • Hypothecate margin collateral

  • Provide high level of customer service to all external and internal stakeholders

Stakeholder Management and Leadership

  • Work with Global Margin team to ensure policies and procedures are globally consistent

  • Interact with internal contacts to ensure data provided to clients is timely and accurate.

  • Identify processes that could use improvements or changes to benefit team and clients

  • Strong communication skills

  • Good time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Good understanding of operational risks, ability to spot and articulate issues to stakeholders, and escalate in a timely manner

  • Effective engagement with stakeholders across the organization including, but not limited to, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Finance, Technology, Front Office and Operations teams.

Decision-making and Problem Solving

  • Ability to operate independently and use own initiative to resolve issues/investigate and find solutions

  • Ability to assimilate information quickly and make informed decisions

  • Analytical thinking

  • Candidate should feel comfortable working in a fast paced environment

  • Due to potential regulatory and reputational risks, candidate should feel comfortable escalating concerns and fails in a timely manner.

  • Candidate should be able to troubleshoot issues independently given proper resources

Basic Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 1 years of MS Office/computer skills

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

Experience & Understanding of 1-2 of the following Product Families:

  • Securities

  • Listed Futures & Options

  • Foreign Exchange

  • OTC Derivatives

  • Commodities

Ability to demonstrate:

  • Experience of project management

This includes maintaining records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for Suburban's computer hardware and software. The Analyst also minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Responsibilities * Manages Remedy Support Queue, email, and Voicemail to meet deadlines and customer expectations. * Responsible for administrative duties with in the IT procurement and inventory management function using Remedy Asset Management module. * Maintains Remedy records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software. * Maintains and reconciles vendor provided lease schedules. * Reconciles outstanding receivables with hardware/software vendors and lease providers. * Interfaces with Depot for shipping surplus equipment back to vendors and customers. * Manages the Lexmark consumables program and portal for printer supplies. * Maintains vendor quarterly lease schedules for Financial Services. * Executes program on laptops and desktops to remove Suburban's data and programs. Packages equipment and schedules pickup with leasing vendor at end of term. * Creates yearly computer equipment budget model and inventory for Field, Central Support and other business. * Provides assistance to Telecommunication department by researching, reconciling, and coding monthly invoices. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED is required. * 2 years' experience in Information Technology Asset Management. * Experience using a CRM package (such as Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.) for procurement and asset tracking. * Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Microsoft Certifications in supporting hardware and/or software a plus. * Certifications in Asset Management and Finance a plus. * Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
