Collateral Control Associate

Pay Range: $16.00 - $20.17

Responsible for reviewing loan and post closing documents for completeness and accuracy. Monitors perfection documents and follows-up to ensure that they are returned and accurate. Maintain documents for the duration of the loan, prepares monthly management reports. As loans are paid off, release perfection documents as instructed by the lender.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years experience in an office setting, preferred

Tasks Performed:

• 65% Reviews loan and post closing documents for accuracy and complete documentation.
• 10% Monitors perfection documents for preparation and follows up that they are returned and accurate.
• 5% Maintains all documents throughout the life of the loan. Prepares monthly management reports.
• 10% Release perfection documents as loans are paid off or as instructed by the lender.
• 5% Assists customers/lenders with problems or questions as they arise.
• 5% Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers

• Stationary 75% of time or greater

• Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
