Position Overview

This position is responsible for monitoring collateral for loans to ensure adequate collateralization of properties is maintained. Review various collateral items for accuracy and completeness. Prepare and process collateral documentation. Provide support for internal and external customers and team members. Exemplifies the Unwavering Service philosophy. This is a 100% on-site position in Harrisburg, PA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviews collateral data input to the core banking system and makes appropriate updates as needed.

• Reviews and forwards mortgages, UCC-Financial Statements, titles to appropriate vendors for recording with applicable entities.

• Reviews and forwards insurance documentation as it applies to collateral for adequate coverage.

• Prepares payoff requests, ensuring all appropriate fees and balances are disclosed to the customer.

• Prepares satisfaction pieces according to established procedures.

• Reviews credit and loan documentation to ensure proper collateralization on all loans.

• Handles direct communications, both written and verbal, with customers and other parties.

• Handles customer telephone calls.

• Prepare and process requests in accordance with applicable procedures and policies to ensure compliant collateral perfection.

• Performs tasks, which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.

• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Education & Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of one (1) years related experience required.

Skill(s)

Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; moderate interpersonal relations and communicative skills; moderate typing and PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word; loan processing; ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach with hands or arms, use hands to manipulate objects, handle or feel, and lift items weighing 20 lbs. or less; visual, auditory and speaking skills.
