Job Overview:
Prepares cold sandwiches, platters and salads for patient room service. Follows proper HACCP food handling policies and procedures on a daily basis

Essential Functions:
Responsible that all necessary preparation is completed for the following day s menu for trayline and cafeteria
All produce is washed and cleaned on a daily basis
All salad bar vegetables and ingredients are completed on a daily basis
All preparation for platters are completed according to the menu cycle
