Management of the Cold Chain processes and procedures in the region, to expand CRYOPDP's Premium Logistics presence in the Life Sciences arena.

Ensure that CRYOPDP maintains a premium cold chain service in the region, with "best in class' ' solutions for temperature-controlled shipping and temperature/GPS monitoring system solutions, as well as further strengthening Good Distribution Practice (GDP) principles across the region.

Main Contributions:

● Working with the Global Cold Chain and Strategic Projects Director, ensuring all elements of cold chain packaging (including qualification of new packaging systems) is up to date and accurately documented in accordance with Good Documentation Practice.

● Working with the Global Supply Chain Manager, ensuring that adequate supplies of packaging and temperature monitoring equipment are readily available for all projects; Monitoring inventory levels of packaging in the region, and liaising with the relevant Supply Chain contact for packaging and temperature monitoring procurement and forecasting.

● Review of SOPs with the Quality Assurance team, including creation and regular control, to manage continuous improvement of CRYOPDP processes and procedures.

● Training of Cold Chain related procedures and processes, including training for packaging and temperature/GPS logger systems, to ensure peak performance across our Operations teams.

● Review of CAPA reports as they relate to the cold chain processes, and providing input in related corrective and preventative actions.

● Review of SOPs within the Vendor Management framework to ensure that Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) are fully trained in our controlled temperature packaging and GPS/temperature logging solutions (in collaboration with associated QA and Vendor Managers)

● New offices including acquisitions - work together with project teams to support design, implementation and installation of controlled temperature areas for operational use.

● Management of temperature mapping and calibration activities for new and existing offices, including protocol writing support, review of mapping and calibration reports for approval, and maintenance of records for all activities

● Management of site temperature monitoring and alarm systems, including review of periodic reporting, assessing temperature excursions and supporting development of both corrective and preventative actions.

● Qualification protocols and reports for in-house performance qualifications (including temperature controlled packaging solutions, temperature sensors), and maintenance of records for all activities

● Assist with internal enquiries from Client Relationship Managers, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing on cold chain related matters.

● Supporting Commercial and Pricing teams, on advice on most suitable packaging solutions for new requests for pricing.

● Supporting Commercial teams and Global Account Directors (GADs) with defining customer expectations; understanding the customer requirements and, together with the Commercial teams and GADs (as applicable), translating this into a premium, life sciences-focused, cold chain service offering.

● Support the Quality Assurance team with audits, including client and regulatory audits

● Technology and innovation - being on constant watch for new and innovative technological advances, which may be suitable as a CRYOPDP's service offering.

● Technical expertise in cold chain elements, to support internal client discussions.

Specificity on the job:

The work schedule is 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. Start times vary.

Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs. The employee may be

required to work overtime, holidays, or weekends. Must be available at all times and shifts to respond to emergencies as a first responder. Standard shift is Monday to Friday, but due to the nature of our 24/7 operation you will be required to assist with occasional out of hours coverage.

Salary Range: up to $100,000 depending on experience + benefits and stock
