MAJOR DUTIES: The Cokesbury Operations Analyst is responsible for coordinating elements of the planning and implementation of operational analysis that are in alignment with Cokesbury's commitment to a high-quality customer experience, that meet and exceed sales targets, and that are financially sustainable. The incumbent assists in analysis of operational reports, creation of campaigns, event logistics, subscription management, forecasting, and other projects as assigned as well as provides support for the Cokesbury Operations Team.
REQUIREMENTS: A high school diploma or equivalent and at least two (2) year of experience in a retail sales environment, event planning/sales, office administration, or closely related field. Event planning or an associate degree is preferred.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt frequently.
Demonstrated knowledge of needs-based selling
Excellent computer skills, including intermediate proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software in the MS Office suite
Valid Driver's License and ability to rent a vehicle throughout the United States
Working knowledge of The United Methodist Church, its programs, and resource needs is strongly preferred
Familiarity with UMPH systems/software (Ecometry, Salesforce CRM, CMP, EPM) is preferred
