Work you will do/Responsibilities

  • Installation, Administration and monitoring of Cognos Analytics

  • Deploy packages and reports to multiple environments

  • Performance tuning of Cognos in multi-tier environments

  • Identifies key drivers of a defined problem and proposes solutions

  • Recognizes and solves problems using analysis, experience, and judgment

  • Performs analysis and effective diagnosis of clients' issues

  • Selects the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements

  • Develops and shares reusable assets that can be readily applied to new client projects

  • Understands the benefits of using state of the art methods and tools and their application on an engagement; contributes to continuous development of methods and tools

  • Develops solutions to client problems through application of personal experience and methods and tools; validates solutions to subject matter experts

  • Perform production support during off hours

Health Technology

Our Health Technology team implements repeatable solutions to solve our government clients' most critical health technology related issues. We advise on, design, implement and deploy solutions focused on government health agencies "heart of the business" issues including claims management, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics and health case management.

Our clients seek a fresh perspective on how to leverage reusable, interoperable and flexible solutions that will enable them to reduce costs, improve health outcomes and respond to public health crises. Professionals will use their deep health, government and technology consulting experience to strategically help solve our client's technology challenges.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+Experience creating framework models using IBM Cognos 10.2 or higher

  • 6+Experience building relational & multi-dimensional reports using IBM Cognos Analytics 10.2 or higher

  • Experience in middleware tools: WebSphere/Tomcat

  • Experience in gateway setup on Windows and RedHat Linux environments

  • Experience writing SQL, SQL Server database, Oracle databases

  • Experience with writing JavaScript / JQuery code

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent working experience

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

  • Must be able to travel up to 30% (while 30% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Greater Lake Mary, FL area

Job Description: NQ Plan Administrator is an integral part of the client services team that plans, develops, delivers and services clients' corporate non-qualified plans. The Plan Administrator will perform duties to implement, track, monitor, and maintain client non-qualified benefit plan accounts, fund investments and distributions. You are the right person for this role if: * You will have a Bachelor's degree in a business related field or combination of education and industry experience. * You have 2+ years' experience in a similar role working in the retirement industry. * You have solid written and oral communication skills. * You are proficient using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe. * You have strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. * You have a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations. * You have the ability to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment. * You have excellent organizational skills. The Plan Administrator will: * Perform duties to implement, track, monitor, and maintain client non-qualified benefit plan accounts, fund investments and distributions. * Responsible for developing and maintaining full understanding of day to day workflow processes required for client plans assigned. * Facilitate daily transactional activity with the Trustee and trading desk. * Serve as initial escalation point for participant call center inquires, and has responsibility for responding in accordance with published standards while acting as a liaison with the client and Newport to ensure accuracy of plan recordkeeping and data. It is a requirement of this job to consistently report to work as scheduled, be on time, and remain at work for entire assigned shift.
