ActionLink is seeking a Part Time Coffee Sales Advisor who will enjoy demonstrating the latest advancements in brewing technology that elevate the coffee experience.

You will serve as an in-store expert by consulting with customers and providing live machine demonstrations to highlight all of the reasons why Nespresso brewing products are the best on the market!

As a Nespresso Expert, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing this sustainable business framework and how the brand can tailor to every taste preference and boost customers' morning routines with barista-like experiences at home.

Schedule & Location

• Saturdays 12pm-4pm w/ increase up to 8-10 hours per weekend, based on business needs.
• Williams Sonoma in Charlotte, NC

• Boost sales: Use your coffee expertise to drive sales and machine registrations
• Close with confidence: Highlight Nespresso's sustainability and recycling efforts
• Train with flair: Help store associates confidently share Nespresso product information
• Show your tech savviness: Navigate the Nespresso Trade App for seamless purchases and orders
• Keep it gleaming! Maintain a sparkling clean and hygienic demo area
• Build connections: Foster positive relationships with store leaders and associates
• Provide feedback: Complete surveys with your insights and photos after each shift.

• Retail sales, and training related or previous food or beverage demonstration experience
• Enthusiast of coffee related beverages
• Engaging attitude with superior interpersonal skills
• Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups

Physical Requirements

• Must adhere to professional appearance standards
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs. without assistance
• Access to a personal smartphone with data plan to use during scheduled work shifts
• Access to a Wi-Fi enabled personal tablet or laptop to use during scheduled work shifts
• Access to reliable transportation
