About The Job:

The coffee server, or "coffee host," is primarily responsible for driving sales through coffee execution, appearance, and maintenance. The coffee host is also responsible for providing customers with excellent service and assisting with beverage choices to ensure that each customer enjoys an unparalleled store experience. It's the best coffee on the interstate!

  • Experience in a similar position or proficiency in a similar task

  • Ability to discuss coffee taste profiles and make recommendations to customers

  • Ability to assist customers, help them navigate the coffee area, and suggestively sell coffee products and complimentary items

  • Must be able to handle and brew coffee according to PFJ procedures

  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives

VIEW JOBS 11/24/2020 12:00:00 AM 2021-02-22T00:00 Position Purpose The Director of Business Development will be developing a new strategic retail media agency/non-endemic partnership agenda as well as building relationships with key agency clients. These partnerships require a strategic, consultative business development approach. This individual will build relationships with key agency contacts, propose innovative solutions that build long-term value for all stakeholders, and effectively negotiate and close complex deals. This role works across various areas of the company to bring new partnerships to market. Additionally, this individual will directly manage a team that includes senior business development managers and key media planning & analytics support roles. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities * 30% - Lead the strategic development and agency partnership planning for new retail media go to market function. * 30% - Partner with agency investment, planning, strategy, creative, and digital leads to assess agency & non-endemic client goals; and then, develop strategies that help service and deliver upon them by utilizing full portfolio of capabilities and assets. Accountable to revenue targets for select agency partners. * 25% - Accountable for leading and developing a team who will support strategic partnerships for agency / non-endemic clients. Ensure they drive full cycle sales processes, strategic planning, forecasting, campaign analytics, creative support, and upselling opportunities for assigned clients. * 10% - Work cross-functionally with Advertising Technology, Advertising Operations, Product Strategy / Performance, Paid Media Execution, Legal, Finance teams and other cross-functional teams to launch new partnerships. * 5% - Manage readout & update processes with key internal senior stakeholders. Nature and Scope Typically reports to Senior Director, Retail Media+ Partnership Management. May travel up to 50% Accountable for supervision of up to 5 direct reports Environmental Job Requirements Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Education Required: The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. Years of Relevant Work Experience: 10 years Physical Job Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a business-related field, and/or master's degree in business / technical field. * 10+ years of professional experience focused in sales & account management. * Experience working with SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Experience working with Salesforce a plus. * Experience managing one or more major agency holding companies and/or sourcing new clients. * Experience leading a cross-functional team of sales professionals & support resources. * Ability to manage deadlines & milestones across multiple simultaneous projects. * A data-driven mindset and ability to leverage analysis to make business recommendations. * A strategic approach to execution, including an ability to identify process improvements. * Strong organizational skills & attention to details. * A proven leader and a self-starter who can independently lead both strategy and execution, gain internal consensus, and communicate effectively up and down. * Demonstrated success launching and scaling partnership programs. * Ability to understand and articulate complex technical aspects of potential technology integrations. * Excellent presentation, organization and project management skills. * Ability to understand and articulate complex technical aspects of potential technology integrations.
