We are searching for a diverse group of caregivers who demonstrate a strong commitment to practicing excellence every day.
HS Diploma or GED Certificate is required.
1-2 years of food service, production and stocking experience is required.
Restaurant/ hotel experience is preferred.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Sets up assigned service area in a timely manner, anticipates and stocks all food and service supplies to minimize shortages.
Displays cafeteria food or coffee cart in a clean and attractive manner, also reviews daily menu for items served, portion sizes and prices.
Able to work all positions in the cafeteria and is flexible with scheduling to meet departments demands.
Demonstrates a cost conscious attitude in the daily operation; practice cost control measures by using portion control, minimizing waste. Keeps refrigerated units closed when not in use.
Demonstrates courtesy, efficiency, and speed in serving food items to customers.
Greets customers cheerfully and respectfully. Responds utilizing positive interpersonal skills.
Provides customer service quickly so back-ups or snags are prevented.
Recognizes names of all food items served and be able to explain content to customers if necessary.
