Coffee Associate I

The Role The Coffee Associate performs a variety of roles across our packaging, extraction, and fulfillment operations: inclusive of sanitizing the equipment, basic material handling, sub-assembly operations, and light manual assembly. Team members are expected to actively participate in daily group huddles, safety discussions, and other company-directed continuous improvement activities to help identify and address known opportunities for improvement.

What you'll do: Cross-train in multiple areas on the production floor Material handling Light assembly Sanitizing equipment Follow safety protocols Escalate safety issues or concerns as needed to the area supervisor Participate in all assigned activities to support company objectives What we're looking for: Team players Ability to multitask and switch jobs/projects with transitional ease Good communication skills Ability to problem solve and identify opportunities for improvement Natural ability to understand and work with machinery Requirements:
