  • Demonstrated ability to perform responsibilities with limited supervision.

  • Verify the accuracy of all processed data, recognize discrepancies, and take corrective action.

  • Input student attendance daily, and give tardy passes to students who arrive late.


  • Complete Student Enrollment Form or Student Withdrawal Form as students enroll or withdraw from school, maintain a record keeping system for documentation, and maintain file copies of forms.

  • Collect data, complete all input documents, and update the student database via electronic data transmission to maintain systems supported including school instructor file, student demographic and enrollment data, grade reporting, and attendance.

  • Verify the accuracy of all processed data, recognize discrepancies, and take corrective action.

  • Input student attendance daily, and give tardy passes to students who arrive late.

  • Request, send, and maintain student cumulative records, create new cumulative records for students new to the district, and clean and route all records of students dropped from the district to the Pupil Accounting Department.

  • Mail truancy-warning letters to students and complete documentation for truancy affidavits for court.

  • Request, pick up, and distribute all student database products to the appropriate school offices and/or personnel.

  • Understand and interpret student database products and their uses.

  • Plan and schedule tasks, taking into consideration school priorities and the departmental calendar.

  • Understand and correctly use microcomputer for systems supported including data transmission, student database inquiry, printed products, grade reporting, and attendance.

  • Attend scheduled department workshops.

  • Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned


Minimum salary $24,978 Selected individuals for Dallas Independent School District positions will be placed according to compensation guidelines. A campus-based employee may not assume a new position for which he/she was selected based upon the posting process until the end of the current semester, unless approved by the chief officer Human Capital Management. Federally funded personnel must comply with time and effort reporting requirements through personnel activity reports or periodic certifications, as appropriate.

The RDR Operations Analyst position within Corporate Finance is a member of the team reporting to the Accounting Engine Manager that supports both Production Support/Enhancements for existing Systems of Record and the on-boarding of new Systems of Record for: * Primary: All functions within the Regulatory Data Repository (RDR) Application that support both standard and custom Event processing from point of entry into RDR through the AE Base Transaction Object Tables * Secondary: All aspects of the Oracle Accounting Engine (AE) from the AE Base Transaction Object Tables to the transfer to the R12 Sub ledgers Responsibilities: * Prepare the analysis, design documentation, test plans and scripts; and implementation plans of software solutions for RDR and the Accounting engine. Includes enhancements for existing Systems of Record and onboarding new Systems of Record. * Perform tasks per the prescribed time lines as assigned by management and/or project manager * Resolve problem tickets as assigned for production support issues reported * Tightly coordinate with WFC Applications and Groups to on-board new SOR's and implement enhancements for existing SOR's into RDR and the AE, including but not limited to: Corporate GL Sub ledger GL GLM – General Ledger Maintenance Eagle – Enabled Automated GL Entry Tool RDR Adjustment Layer RDR Reconciliations VC Collections FST – Financial Systems and Technology GL Core Tools Corporate Controllers Help Desk Lines of Business PMO Office * Escalate operational, functional, quality and timeline issues appropriately. * Communicate/coordinate with appropriate areas of the organization that impact the scope, timeline, risk, and resources of the work being performed. * Regularly interacts with functional groups within the organization to communicate and clarify requirements. * Possess a strong understanding of information systems, business processes, the key drivers and measures of success for the business and the short- and long-term direction of the business and technology. * Participate in the definition, implementation and integration of quality principles and quality processes into the design and development of software and IT processes. * Ensures that quality methods and procedures are executed.
