• Concussion Certificate

• Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certificate

• Valid CPR Certificate

• Valid First Aid Certificate

• Heat Acclimatization Certificate

• TB test

• COVID-19 Training (link will be provided) - Guidelines for the Workplace & Youth Sports Protocol & Recommendations (link will be provided) - Mandated Reporter (Child Abuse Certificate) - Fingerprint clearance (once hired, the applicant will receive an appointment from Human Resources for the fingerprint process)
