Monarch Athletic Club Position: STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH Join our multi-disciplinary team of medical and fitness professionals in an intimate, collaborative learning environment as we strive to redefine how health and wellness is delivered. ________________________________________________________________________________ Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Performance, or related program Possess a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification At least (3) years of experience working in personal training, collegiate athletic performance, or professional strength & conditioning Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in Kinesiology-related field Experience in collegiate athletics or high performance sport Experience working with general population Experience training around pain and injury Responsibilities: Execute up to (35) training sessions per week Utilize the TrueCoach programming platform Construct individualized training programs for 10 Monarch members Collaborate and cooperate with the Monarch Medical and Physical Therapy departments ________________________________________________________________________________ Monarch Athletic Club is located in West Hollywood, CA Job Type:
