The Celestar Corporation has an IMMEDIATE NEED to identify multiple COMPUTER NETWORK OPERATIONS ANALYSTS / REPORTERS who will be seated in Ft. Belvoir, VA. Please review the position description below. If interested and qualified, we welcome you to apply for this challenging opportunity.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Top Secret Level Clearance with SCI Access and Polygraph; All information must appear in JPAS - Investigation and Polygraph must be within scope (5 Years) Exceptional candidates without a polygraph may be considered with the understanding that you must submit to and successfully pass a polygraph

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide expert analysis and reporting in response to time sensitive requirements for support to Army and Intelligence community customers

  • Prepare analytical products and reports in response to requests for information

  • Work effectively as a member of a diverse team, giving and receiving effective feedback

  • Prepare and conduct briefings on ongoing analysis and product development

  • Participate in reviews and assessments of current intelligence tools, processes, tactics, techniques, and procedures

  • Analyze network intrusions and create network defense signatures

  • Perform basic malware triage and report findings

  • Participate in tool development across the intelligence community

  • Analyze network intrusions in order to create network defense signatures

REQUIREMENTS

  • Twelve (12+) Plus Years Experience

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma with formal military training and experience in SIGINT analysis and production at the tactical and/or strategic level Required; Bachelor Degree - Desired

  • Must be SIGINT trained and certified with analysis and reporting experience as well as a demonstrated familiarity with the necessary SIGINT tools and databases

  • Must have familiarity with computer networking and telecommunication architecture, the OSI model, communication protocols, and common hacker TTPs

  • Must have familiarity with malware analysis/triage

  • Must have familiarity with computer network- based research, analysis and Intrusion Detection Systems.

  • A demonstrated ability to identify the difference between anomalous and malicious network activity

  • Must be able to analyze network intrusions in order to create network defense signatures

PdM FPS develop, field, and sustain persistent surveillance systems that enhance intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, target acquisition, force protection, and physical security capabilities, enabling rapid situational understanding and integrated operations for United States (US) Warfighters in the US Central Command (CENTCOM), Pacific Command (PACOM), Africa Command (AFRICOM), European Command (EUCOM) Areas of Responsibility (AORs) and other locations as required.<br />  <br /> <strong>Primary duties will include (but not limited to):</strong> <ul> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Perform a variety of logistic acquisition and sustainment oversight/tracking activities designed to ensure operational readiness and availability of systems.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Track systems and repair parts supporting CONUS/OCONUS missions.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Validate support contractor on/off mission readiness reports.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Ensure accountable property, Class II & VII, is properly tracked and issued to Gaining Commands IAW 735-5</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Analyze Class 9 authorized stockage demand and validate Requisition Objectives and Reorder Points</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Secure 1000 Personnel Scanners, T-10 Trailers, Gamma-Ray Detection System (GaRDS) Gantry, and the 522B and 626XR X-ray Systems</li> </ul> </li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Previous experience as a Radiation Safety Officer and/or working knowledge of DA Pam 385-24, The Army Radiation Safety Program is desired.</li> <li style="padding: 0;
