Work diligently to develop and manage relationships with key accounts through aggressive prospecting and networking activities
Learn and Develop a deep understanding of the products and services we offer
Stay current on the newest advancements in machining technology and industry news through diligent reading of trade publications
Maintain strong and fruitful relationships with current customers
Utilize Salesforce.com to maximize sales call routing, information gathering, task follow-up, and pipeline management
Become a Certified Machine Tool Sales Engineer (CMTSE) if not already Required Skills:
2-3 Years of Outside Sales Experience in Industrial / Manufacturing Solutions Industry
Metrics driven sales hunter" with a professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and high sense of urgency
Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to negotiate
Possess excellent prospecting, presentation and networking skills
Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required. We hire people, not degrees.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
