CNC Programmer Location: Poughkeepsie, NY Position: Fulltime Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager to lead our Machining & Turning department.

The candidate will be responsible CNC MasterCAM programming, leadership in set-up machining, production schedule, tool & machine selection, and ultimately upgrading our machining & turning technology. Assist in machining RFQs with cost effective machining approach to win the job. You will work closely with ownership and co-management to lead the CNC team to ensure accurate and efficient production processes for on-time-delivery.

The role requires strong leadership with a minimum of 15-20 year experience in machining with Team development knowhow. Qualifications CNC Programming, Machining, and Milling skills Technical drawing interpretation skills Attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Excellent communication and time management skills Experience in sheet metal fabrication is a plus Associate's degree or certification in CNC programming or related field
